Makes human value move.
Kate Dillon
Kate Dillon is a lawyer turned strategist and creator of Opportunity Architecture™ the discipline for how work moves, multiplies and regenerates into advantage.
Trusted by organisations including Westpac, Mercer, Lendlease, Medtronic, Bega, Lovisa, Netwealth and Pitcher Partners, Kate equips ambitious people and organisations to strengthen how value travels through their people, systems and decisions; turning capability into momentum and progress into advantage.
A dual qualified lawyer (Australia and New York), she built her career across two contrasting worlds: stewarding innovation and strategy portfolios at top tier law firm Gilbert + Tobin, while founding She Lion, a for purpose business scaled through The ICONIC, the Qantas Store and Wolf + Badger (UK). One system taught her structure, the other speed. Together, they revealed the real physics of progress: why performance isn’t the problem, movement is.
Educated at Harvard, MIT Sloan and Stanford, Kate has been recognised by the SBE Impact Awards and featured in the Australian Financial Review, BOSS Magazine and The Sydney Morning Herald. She is known for translating complexity into systems that move; grounded in lived experience, pressure tested in practice and built to create motion where others lose momentum.
Kate has keynoted and delivered programs for:
